Sarah was born in KwaZulu Natal in South Africa. With a desire to explore once she finished school, she decided to take a gap year in London where she ended up living for 6 years and working as a Personal Assistant. In London she also obtained her TEFL certificate at Saint George’s International. In search for sunnier skies, Sarah moved to Italy in 2007 where she worked as a translator and began teaching English to children and adults whilst studying at Ca’Foscari University.
In 2012 Sarah graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Languages and Literature. Since then she has been teaching English in Primary schools and businesses in and around Mestre.
Sarah has two children, whom she considers her greatest teachers in life. Their home is made complete by their much-loved cat, Ragú.
