Karen is graduated with a B.Ed (Hons) in Educational Sciences. After graduation, she attended Stoke On Trent College in UK and qualified with a GSCE in English. She also studied with I-TO-I along with obtaining the T.E.F.L (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) and she is now a qualified TEFL teacher.
Karen developed her passion for Early Years Education by completing a traineeship experience in a pre-school.
After collaborating with a nursery school Karen realised that she had a passion for teaching, and since then she has been teaching in the Early Years school and she has taught in all year groups (nursery and reception).
After teaching for two years in a bilingual school her desire to work in an international school was realised by accepting a job at The International School of Venice. She is now a member of the Early Years team.
Her favourite interests are doing sports (as pilates and yoga), photography and she absolutely loves traveling.
