On Friday 14th March our Reception enjoyed special activities designed by Early Childhood Education student teachers from Niagara University (USA). The visiting educators worked in small groups with our children on creative activities focused on developing:
- Fine motor skills through hands-on crafts and manipulatives
- Critical thinking with problem-solving challenges
- Social skills through collaborative play • Sensory exploration with texture and discovery stations
What a wonderful opportunity for Reception to experience different teaching approaches while making new international friends! These engaging activities not only brought fun to our classroom but also supported important developmental milestones.
