Chaturi Jayathunga

Chathuri was born in Sri Lanka and moved to Italy in 2011. She is a pre-primary Montessori Specialised teacher who holds a Montessori Pre-Primary Directress Diploma (ages 2 ½ -6) from Texas National Montessori Institute SL.

She has eight years of teachingexperience in both Montessori and Nursery classrooms. She joined the International School of Venice in 2011 as a Nursery Teacher and she is a dedicated teacher who loves and respects children.

Her personal goal is to produce happy students who are independent, responsible,
respectful and have a lifelongpassion for learning.

She is a mother to a baby girl and in her spare time, enjoys spending time with her family, listening to music, dancing and shopping.
